Why Does Google USA Returns Snippet For Warsaw Children's Dance School?

If you go to Google and search for [google usa] the first result that comes up has a title of "szkoła tańca dla dzieci Warszawa - Google." That translates to "Warsaw Children's Dance School - Google." The URL does go to Google.com but a variation of it, http://ift.tt/2v763XO

It has been like that for days.

Something is weird and clearly not a priority for Google to fix. Saravanan reported the issue to Google's John Mueller days ago on Twitter with no response. It was also reported in the Google Webmaster Help forums with no response from a Googler either.

I guess some SEO is messing around with Google?
