Google's John Mueller responded to a question on Twitter asking if Google will penalize the other sites in your Google Search Console account if one of those sites got a penalty. John Mueller did not say no, he said it depends. "If they're 5 random, unconnected sites and they don't show the same kinds of issues, then no," he said.

It is a no brainer, like we said before, don't put all your spammy sites in one Search Console account. It makes it too easy for Google to penalize all of them.
It is not a new topic, it is something we discussed in 2009 and something Matt Cutts addressed in 2014. At the same time, if the sites are not spamming, there is nothing wrong with it. The big issue is when SEOs who do penalty recovery have tons of profiles in their account. Maybe that can get hairy?
