Not all SEO tools are black hat scrapers anymore, Majestic announced they have stopped scraping Google for position checking and is now using the Google Search Console APIs.
They said "Majestic is really pleased to be able to share today’s release... Google compliant rank checking and keyword search data for your verified sites!"
In fact, Google's very own webmaster channel on Twitter replied to the announcement telling Dixon Jones from Majestic "thank you" for making that switch.
